The merger between this company and another company makes communication tricky. We had work done back in August that took days to actually schedule (downside). We were left without functioning plumbing one night that I was explicitly told we would not be left with (downside) - someone did come and rectify it (positive) but that was hours later and they ended up doing more work which I was not on board with at 7pm. Different crews came every day which also didn't give me a good feeling about the work being done smoothly since more communication lapses happened (downside). A crew from their other company finished the work and did facilitate changes I requested as they worked (positive). We paid 5 figures for the work and months later got another bill (downside)! We called a few times to try to sort it out, but we continue to get a bill. It might be worth going to a different business to avoid similar issues. The workers were nice for the most post (positive).

Mike and Chris did a great job. They ran new PVC pipe from my downspout through my yard and out to the street. Highly recommend, would definitely use Mr Sewer / McVay again!

Luigi was extremely helpful and knowledgable in taking the time to diagnose our problem. He set us up from the beginning, and every crew member that arrived after to complete the work left us knowing we hired the right people to do the project. I won't mention everyone's name, but we are grateful for your kindness and hard work to make our home safe and for providing us with the technical expertise needed to complete the job!

Luigi (yes that is his real name) was wonderful. Fixed my sewer pipe blockage quickly and as cleanly as humanly possible considering the issue. Fair and honest pricing, and he identified multiple breakages in the old terra-cotta pipe. When the time comes to fix those breakages, I will be using Mister Sewer again.
Update: Dre and Sean were wonderful! Timely, professional, clean and friendly. They got my entire sewer system replaced in just over 2 days. Highly recommend working with Mister Sewer. No hidden fees, no surprises, just good honest work!!
