Around the New Year Shannon Keller reached out to to let me know our Flood INS Carrier had us classified inappropriately, and there may be an opportunity for a lower premium rate. Shannon needed some documents signed so that she could reach out to the INS Co. to get this fixed. Cutting to there chase, Shannon handled everything, and was successful in getting us a $225 premium reduction.We would not have known anything about this had it not been for Shannon.She is a model Agent to be pointed to showing how the job should be done. Hello,I have used Wilgus for years.Kim Nichols is my agent,she does an absolute great job!Anytime I have a question or a problem she's right there with all the answers She calls me every month to remind me of my payment and she takes care of it.I would highly recommend WILGUS And Kim.
