We spent 30 minutes filling out forms to be told that they couldn't verify insurance because it was after 5. They told me it was going to be a 175 dollars. Waisted my time... with that said the people we did talk to were nice and pleasant.

Dr refused to give me medical treatment for my hand because it was a cat bite. Even though it was a severe bite with very large gash that was pouring out blood at the time when it happened. Wasted my time filling out all the forms when I could have gone somewhere else. They could have just done what UAB West did and checked out the hand and made sure it was cleaned and give me a prescription for antibiotics and re bandage.
