I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone. Our camper was at this shop for literally 1 year. We had damage due to 2 tire blow outs.
We were told that they would work with our insurance company and get this fixed. They informed us it may take a month because they had to order the metal. After 3 months I gave them a call and they said that the metal was backordered. This was the same story I was told over and over and over... just enough hope for me to keep it there. I eventually called the manufacture and talked with the head of the parts dept. She was amazingly helpful and informed me that the metal they were waiting on was on hand and she could get it to them within a week. I called Mobile RV and gave them the contact I had spoken with and when she tried to contact them they were rude and hung up. Multiple times when I called they were rude and shocked that I was upset that it was taking so long..... I also found out they never even talked with my insurance company. Not the way to run a business!
EDIT after response from Mobile RV......
We picked up the camper and took it to a dealer in Birmingham that in fact informed me that the metal is easy to get and that it would be repaired within a month. Also they DID NOT talk with State Farm... My agent confirmed.

Mr. Branham, do to the type of parts we have been waiting on contrary to what your trailer manufacture told you on the phone is not what we were told also your insurance company was contacted it went to the third party that your insurance company uses but you have your trailer I got the parts stopped luckily and did not have to pay for your parts that we had waited for, for so long. No one got hung up on so I am not sure whom your referring to but hopefully the parts that were stopped will get sent to the place in calera that you took your unit to. At the end of the day hopefully your repairs will be quick and you will have your camper in shape again seeing as to how you had to unfortunately wait so long after being told something totally different then what was actually going on.

When I first met Carl he is a little ruff around the edges but he is a straight shooter he may tell you what you don't want to hear but he will do everything he can to fix what ever is wrong with your rv Carl and Wendy are the most generous people I met met down to earth this is my southern family in Alabama

Very affordable! He and his partner came right on the day I called. They were a true blessing to my family. Our convertor wasn't working nor the battery charger. Called them they came right on out and had my convertor back working within 30 minutes. Very respectful gentlemen and get the job done! Thank you guys from my family!! Highly recommend. If I could give them more stars I would give them the most I could!

I called days ago asking for information about my RV awning, I got no response.

Sir we have looked at our phone records and we are not finding a Sam in our call history I asked the lady that answeres the phone if she spoke with some one about an awning she said ne and then we went through the phone call log and all of our notes and we are not finding Sam anywhere and we are not finding any notes about an awning either are you sure you called our facility and if you did and you had not heard back from us instead of posting a review you could of called us we do miss call backs and like I said we went through the call logs and the notes that are taken with the calls.
