The service is great, I was welcomed and was well informed concerning my record cleaner , I was shown how to use and the benefit of using my record cleaning machine.

My dad had a big old Emerson stereo. He liked it a whole lot, but I thought he should get rid of it - Its ancient and takes up too much space! I said. It was one of the last big, stupid we fights we got into before he died. So naturally, I had to keep it.
Whenever I was missing him, Id listen to his old 8 tracks - until one day when it ate 3 of them. I was heartbroken. Who on earth still knows how to fix these things?
Then I found Tom. He took one look and said it wouldnt be worth the labor costs. I told him it was my dads, and he said well, then we better take a look at it.
Not only did he get the 8 track working again, but he tuned everything up, cleaned it, and fixed things I didnt even know were broken.
So, cheers to you Tom for bringing this old thing back to life for me. And if youve read this far, then you should check out his shop, its fantastic.
