DO NOT rent from this guy, he is very rude, very selfish, and only wants your money. he doesnt keep the place maintained, in order for him to fix anything, you need to call the building inspector.

1) Building has roaches. Our apartment doesn't have them, but they can be found downstairs in the laundry room, and periodically throughout the halls.
2) Severe lack of maintenance. Our bathtub was clogged for a year before it finally got fixed. Yes, we did nag the landlord to fix it.
3) Our apartment has gotten water damage due to negligence from the upstairs neighbors, with nothing being done or planned to be done by the landlord.
4) Due to the water damage, one of the light fixtures has blown out, creating an electrical hazard. Again, nothing done about it.
We have been living here for the last 5 years, and have had enough of this nonsense.
