First and last time at this shop i went in for a oil change few days later engine had knocking sound car didnt sound like this until after they worked on my truck and they also forgot to change my oil filter and I was half court low on my oil so I paid another shop to drain add oil and put on a new oil filter cause the oil was still dirty with the other shop checked it now I have to pay $500 to get my engine worked on they need to pay up because my truck was fine before I went here

Had a synthetic oil change done here. I've paid over 80$ other places. Around 40$ here. Affordable, fast and friendly service. Will be returning. Thanks!

One star because zero wasnt an option. New to town and went to Berlin Oil for a simple oil change for my 2018 f150. Came home and noticed oil dripping from underneath, never before has that happened! Also oil on the hood, fender and drivers door! Called Jeremiah right away the next morning and was told to bring it in, with a noticeable attitude! He jumped to conclusions about where it was and why. I kindly showed him. Then HAD to ask to have it cleaned up and so on. A snippy reply from him, yeah Ill get it, is what I got. Then he brings me my keys. Alright now I need my money back for a less than mediocre, actually a sloppy and careless job! I was offered $10. Then offered money off my next visit. Yeah thats not happening ever! I then asked Jeremiah to call the local Ford dealership to set up an oil change appointment that he could pay for! He got so mad that he slammed the cash register and slammed $60 on the checkout counter!

Had an emergency need for a tire... the used tire and even the labor to put it on my rim was very reasonably priced. They even knew I was from out of town, sensed my desperation to get home and agreed to stay a little late to get me on the road. Thank you so much!... you were a bright spot in an otherwise negative day. Berlin is lucky to have you.
