My girlfriend and I used to go there every now and then because it was cheap and close to our college. They have good food for the price and a lot of options. My favorite is the Hot & Spicy Beef Noodle Soup. The place looks old but it's actually not a problem for me.
Now the bad part... The problem for us was always the service. It takes forever for them to notice you and take your order. And then the order takes 30 min. to come. This was not only once, but a few times. The worst was the vinegar with small flies in it (not only once). Also, the waitress (always the same) doesn't seem to like when people have problems with the service there. Definitely not going there again.
