I went less than three weeks ago because my check engine light was on. I told the gentleman who picked up Conrad, I was nervous to drive it because the car was shaking. Conrad is said he would fix the problem and he didn’t. I left with my car still not fixed and shaking. He tried to scam me and said your car needs a lot of work..he gave me various options( read further all the same work-major tune up to tune up) all of which were lots more money than I was willing to pay, he comes back and says let me see what we can do about the price. In the end, I told him I couldn’t afford $1k work on my car. He replaced my spark plugs and my car still shakes. I have a cylinder misfire. I complained to him and he said I need more work but really never told me the real problem with my car just that it will cost me $1K. I would never go back, they are scamming people at Midas. What ever you do, don’t go here!
