I went to look at buy a vehicle and they told me to get out. They kicked me out without even asking me any questions. I did not say anything bad did not yell. I liked one car tried to have them come down on the price. I had 12k cash and I wanted them to come down 500. He looked at me and told me get out. I will never buy a car from them.

So if you are a middle class hardworking American this place is a rip off, I bought a avalanche 3 months ago and it's been in the shop for repairs like interior lights door actuator and now brakes yeah they sold me a truck for 14,000 dollars with no brakes, when asked if they did an inspection of the vehicle " we drive it and listen to it " then when I asked if they would stand good and give me something reliable they said they said it would hurt me on a trade in then as I am leaving some thug looking guy jumps up in my face like his job is to make ripped off hard working Americans even told me it's federally legal to sell these broke down vehicles at top dollar and then they have a shop quality automotive they send you too it's their own shop and they neglect to put their vehicle on a rack and do a real inspection so they know you will have to pay it's a a racket operation they sell you a bad vehicle and send you to their shop to milk you so for every family and child that has had to go without just cause they did business with these companies I PO Ray for them to meet struggle and calamity to go without for their greed and love of money so bad they hurt families

My daughter bought a vehicle and drove it 120 miles home and realize something was wrong. She called and took it back to them and they wouldn't do anything or work with her at all.
They sold her a vehicle with the transmission out, and said it is now your problem.

Purchased a vehicle from the west location and it was by far my best dealership interaction. I never once was pressured to purchase the vehicle and was given the time and space to look at the cars I was interested in! Would definitely recommend. As I see a lot of people posted negatively about having car issues I will update if I have any that arise
