      image They came highly recommended, but were a total waste of time. I visited, emailed, phoned.... They kept promising to "send someone out" to make an estimate,I but never bothered to return my emails or phone calls. Everything on the display floor that I wanted was "out of stock." I got the very strong impression that I wasn't posh enough to be worth their attention. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

      image Difficult to talk to staff member. Appointment driven. You can have samples taken home. Do not get much information on product unless accompanied by staff. Can not compare with homedepo and Lowes.
