HIGHLY recommended. Awesome Service with competitive pricing. From start to finish we had a professional and pleasant experience. The crew was clean, polite, and informative. The results so far have been and immediate improvement. Weve lived in our home 2 years when fortunately the heat gave out. I say that because we finally got to upgrade the system. Following the install the first night was the very 1st time I walked upstairs and didnt notice a temperature change. And this morning after a brisk walk outside was the 1st time I came in downstairs and the house actually felt warm. I always thought we just had a drafty home but I think we just didnt have the right HVAC system until Jones!!

Our A/C when out at night on a 100 degree day. We called Jones first thing in the morning. They sent a technician out first thing and had my unit working with in an hour. Absolutely Great Service. We were not customer of Jones before this, but we are now. We opened a yearly maintenance service with them, being so happy with their service. I would suggest them to anyone. I called Thursday night due to my air going out and Andrew was there the next afternoon. He was so polite and never complained when he had to help me move boxes that blocked the ladder to my attic. He explained the issue, showed me what to look for in the future, and got my air running in no time. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Thank you Andrew and Jones Heating and Air for being so kind and awesome! You definitely will get my business in the future, but hopefully not too soon in the future.
