      image Spent three hours filling out paperwork and we asked multiple times what the interest rate for the car was going to be and the sales person would not tell me. We told him we did not want it above 12% and when we got back to finance we found out the interest rate was 18%. Not to mention when we tried telling your finance person that we didn't know and we wouldn't finance the car at 18% interest, he was VERY rude and unprofessional.
