Dr tekla ruined my father! He was totally independent until she touch him! 5 times he has been to ER and 2 times in the hospital. Not only has she ruined his life shes has affected my family! His independence has been taken and I would not let her touch anyone I know! Not only once but twice she botched her procedure!

All the personnel are very helpful and polite. Doctor, Jessica is highly knowledgeable, patient and definitely cares about her clients. I would give 10 stars to this place if I could. Highly recommend.

My experience with Summit Urology and the care team was excellent. Dr. Takla was very reassuring and informative. The care team kept me informed with phone calls and through the MyChart app.

So frustrating.
Was scheduled for a procedure and was told, in verbal and written communication, that my appointment was in Bend.
Arrived at the Bend location and was told it was in Redmond. We were told, no promises, but we could try to arrive at the Redmond location before 4:30, as they close at 5:00.
We arrived at 4:15 AND THEY WERE ALREADY CLOSED.
I knocked on the door till a doctor came, and told me there was nothing they could do.
No promises to be able to reschedule the appointment/procedure before I need to start my full time work.
Was told I could call back and reschedule an appointment.Ive been on hold for 20 minutes. Playing with peoples health, schedules, and ability to work is inhumane. This is not health care. I ask Summit apologize and make this right, even if it means at a cost and inconvenience to you. You certainly have cost me time, work, money, and all my trust
Update: my initial appointment letter did indeed list the Redmond office. However, a follow up letter and business card indicated the Bende office. A verbal exchange at the Bend office after my consultation led me to believe that the procedure was to be in Bend.
