These guys were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I only had a small project for them, but they were still responsive and quickly provided an estimate. They then returned on time to complete the work on budget. I was impressed by their attention to detail and everyone I interacted with at B&R was a pleasure to work with. High recommended!

B&R responded quickly when we asked for an estimate. Although it wasn't the cheapest, we felt like they were the company we wanted to do the job. They were booked out but now have since finished the job and we are very happy. Good crew and pleasant to have around.

I am so happy with B&R Gutters. My gutters are amazing, an estimate done fast and all the workers were polite and professinal. It started with the office lady answering and getting me on the schedule for an estimate. We started talking and found out she has been suffering from MS for years like my cousin.She does a great job! Thank you B&R! Highly recommend.

GOT A WRITTEN BID FROM B&R, TEXTED THEM I'M NOT READY, DON'T DO ANY WORK. A FEW DAYS LATER MY ARLO CAMERAS PICKED THEM UP INSTALLING WHILE I WAS GONE, NO CALL, NO COMMUNICATION THEY WERE COMING OUT TO DO THE JOB. I CALLED, COULD HEAR OWNER IN THE BACKGROUND EXPLAINING TO THE WOMAN WHO ANSWERED MY CALL EXACTLY WHAT I SAID, DO NOT COME OUT TO DO THE JOB. HE THEN SPOKE TO ME AND SAID A ' MISUNDERSTANDING'. I HAD TO CONTACT HIM A FEW MORE TIMES TO REMOVE GUTTERS, HE FINALLY DID 5 DAYS LATER. THEY WERE PULLED OFF, LEFT HOLES AND TORN WOOD UNLIKE A PRIOR GUTTER COMPANY WHO HAD REMOVED THEIRS YEARS AGO. TOTALLY DIFFERENT, CAN'T TELL I EVEN HAD GUTTERS BECAUSE OF THEIR PROCESS. OWNER WILL NOT COME OUT AND REPAIR DAMAGE, DOESN'T APPEAR TO LISTED WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I'M LEFT WITH AN UNSIGHTLY MESS ON MY FRESHLY PAINTED FACIAS WHICH HE REFUSES TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR OR REPAIR ...

I had bad experience with this company and the LACK of communication with getting a set date then they show up on a different day and time. They took only an hour which is nice but the quality work was not there.  Then we had our first down pour the water went everywhere except thorough the gutters they sealed and put extensions on. I ended having more problems then before. I was not able to reach out to them until the next day and by this time I was treated like I'm just wasting their time. When telling and showing video what happen they ask me well was the ran falling hard or light ( which to me what does this have to do with anything.IT RAINED.  Then I was told they will get to me when they can. Once they showed up I was told well it looked fine to him and said I might need to clean my GUTTERS ok but don't you think the ones that come over that day would of said something to me if this was part of the issue???????? Then I get another msg say I have a few min. to call him back and then he will be leaving my place. Wanting to see if I wanted to PAY him to cleaning them or " quote " you can do it yourself and save a few $$$$$. Did I mention I'm a senior citizen that cannot climbing ladders and trying to get on my roof.   I guess you get what you pay fore.
