We arrived at Mt. Bachelor Ski resort to discover the key to our roof box with all of our skis was 6 hours away. Bend Lock & Safe solved our problem in about 10 min, creating replacement keys for us and saving our trip. They were fast, friendly and life savers. Highly recommend

The employees were extremely helpful in addressing a lost key issue. With no code available, they were still able to rekey locks on my car roof rack.

Tom re-keyed all our locks following a recent move-in. He knows his stuff, was on time and got through all the changes pretty quickly. And he was great to work with. Would definitely call on them again.

They literally saved me! I dropped my wife off for a meeting in bend so I ran around and took care of a couple things. Went back to pick her up and realized I forgot the keys to our travel trailer that's parked on our lot in lapine and where we were planning on spending the night. So I called my daughter to send me a pic of the key and the number. Then called Bend lock & safe at 5:15pm they close at 5:30 to see if they could make the key. "Yes we can make that key" I got there right at 5:30 and got the key and it worked. Would have had to get a hotel or drive back to the valley that night if it wasn't for them. Thank you
