These five stars are for Sarena Pugh, the branch manager. I had a banking issue that ended up being more complicated than anticipated and it stretched out over a few months. I think most bank employees would have given up at some point and said there was nothing they could do to help. But not Sarena. She was by my side every step of the way to sort things out, and she called and emailed with regular updates to keep me in the loop. She is exceptional at her job and is also a really wonderful human being. Wells Fargo is lucky to have her on their team!

So first off, I don't bank here. They stole money from me 20 years ago, and I have never been back. All I wanted to do was put cash into my mother's bank account. I have her name. She gave me her account number to do it.
I was told no, you can't put CASH into someone's account.
You have to have an account. Also, it needs to be as a check so they can track it.
They gave some excuse about money laundering.
I provided my ID with the same last name and had the account number.
A bank that won't take cash!
This bank needs to be broken up or fail like the rest of the "too big to fail" banks.
