Update I went in to ask about the mortgage I was told I can pay it at any branch the mortgage is due Jan 1sr. I called.the bank and was told if my checking account is at another bank I'd have to get a cash advance..or pay by check or what not. When I asked about paying with a debt card.
It's too late to send a check.sgsin very disappointed I don't need a call back..what I do need and request is your bankers make it clear to anyone with a new mortgage exactly how to pay .be upfront .!!!!!! Tell all even if it's too much . Don't assume people know things
Thankfully the direct deposit is set up and got set up just a day or two ago so it's good
Just frustrated with the lack of information

If there were zero I would have given this bank on Reed Market that.The drive thru is hardly ever open, they are always short staffed andthe manager is, I better not say.   Worst attitude of male teller ever.Needless to say I hate this branch.I've also been with  US Bank over 40 years and that doesn't seem to matter.   It will when I leave.

They used to be our go to Branch but they have shown time and again THEY DO NOT CARE IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION OR AN ISSUE. GET BACK TO TAKING CARE OF YOUR CLIENTS!
