This company needs to totally overhaul all of its golf carts. I worked two different fairs this summer and there were a total of 9 carts that broke down at one fair and were not usable. At the second fair, the steering went out on one of the carts and there were 5-6 that broke down, one of which the driver pushed off of the trailer and then stated "it just needs to be charged", the carts run on gas! It is pretty bad business when this company is the only one in Central Oregon that rents golf carts, you would think that they would keep them in top running condition as it not only hurts the events they are renting to, but it also hurts their business.

We rented a cart for our family reunion at the Culver KOA. These folks were great! They delivered the cart and picked it up. We had a mechanical issue with the first cart; I called and they quickly brought us a replacement cart. Having the cart allowed our senior citizens and disabled family members to fully enjoy the reunion/camping experience! Thank you, High Desert!!

Had a Club Car that would not hold a charge. HDGC fixed it in a day, replacing the voltage regulator, and now it runs great! They even arranged for Saturday pickup so I would not need to leave work. Awesome folks. Great to work with, and they know what they are doing.
