Very friendly Salesman and the finance officer was very nice also the people back at the park's counter were quite nice and the people in service

We had dealt with Big Country previously and were very happy. This time, not even close.
We purchased a used camper and went back 4 days later to pick it up so they could go thru it. Murray took me inside and showed me that the refrigerator door had been fixed and everything worked.
Well, when we got it home, nothing worked. No water, heat, AC nor the solar.
My husband worked on it for 6 days to get things fixed so we could go camping.
He had to replace the water pump, then we had a leak ad well as purchase items to fix the rest of the stuff.
I stopped by Big Country and spoke with the manager and told him all about it and thought it would be nice if they did a little compensation for his work. Have heard nothing.
They are ranked with Blue Dog. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
