Everyone needs a Julie! I couldn't recommend her enough! When my husband and I decided to sell our home and move across the county, Julie was there to help make the transition as smooth as possible. We were on the road when our first offer came in, but Julie didn't miss a beat. She made sure everything was communicated, documented and made as stress free as possible during our move. She always had our best interest at heart and was our voice from afar. When unexpected turns arose, they were solved in a timely professional manner. If we ever move back, I know who I'll call. My wife and I have known Julie Carnagey for years, so when we decided to explore a move from Seattle to Bend as 1st time homebuyers, we let her know. Julie immediately went to work in determining an extensive list of pros/cons, which included location, size, layout, schools, etc. She was seemingly ALWAYS available and routinely answered questions during the evening, weekends, and even while on vacation. Due to Julies non-pushy tenacity and white glove, educational approach, we went from being lukewarm regarding a move to ALL-IN. She was constantly tapping into her extensive relationships and local network to pre-identify new listings, which allowed us the opportunity to preview homes as soon as possible. On multiple occasions, Julie texted us while on her way to a brand new listing and would FaceTime us as she toured the home. Even though we were +300 miles away, she was able to effectively remove the sight unseen aspect. She was an expert as it came to the offer and negotiation process, and a master communicator between seller, sellers agent, inspector, appraiser, escrow/title, and us. Even though Julie had multiple, active clients, somehow she made us feel like we were her only ones. Julie is equally knowledgeable, hardworking, professional, compassionate, and kind. We most likely wouldnt have relocated if it wasnt for having her on our team, so we are forever grateful. My husband and I worked with Julie Carnagey to buy our first house. Julie was absolutely amazing and we could not have asked for a better real estate agent. From the moment we met her she was professional, knowledgeable, honest and compassionate. The loan process came with its ups and downs and the negotiations with the homeowners were extremely stressful but Julie educated us, guided us, took the reins and alleviated as much of the stress as she could. She negotiated a better deal than we could have imagined, she got us a house we could have only dreamed of. She worked closely with our lender to ease our burden, she set up the inspections, warranty and everything else! She was there every step of the way and instinctively checked in on us when we needed it. She never made us feel confused, lost or alone throughout the process and never got frusterated when she had to explain things to us, sometimes twice! She treated us like family and even after closing she filled our fridge with goodies and checks in on us to this day. We are so truly greatful for Julie, she made our dreams come true and I would highly highly recommend her to anyone buying a home!!! Julie thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts! I

We worked with Julie Carnagey to find our perfect home in Bend. Even though I've bought quite a few houses before (outside of Bend) I've never had the level of care and follow through that Julie provided. Julie is a top notch realtor that leaves no stone unturned and works tirelessly solving problems before we even knew about them. Wonderful to work with Julie and Katherine. Always took care of everything for me. They went above and beyond what I expected. I have bought and sold 13 houses before in many states.
