Excellent business. I have worked with them for years. Very reputable, great leadership and I highly recommend to everyone. Every time I experience this company I get a sense of a customer-first mentality which is what you look for in a small town like Central Oregon.

Land effects mows the stone creek neighborhood that I live in. The crews have caused irreparable harm or already killed almost every tree in the neighborhood. The bases of the trees have been hit by the string trimmers and mowers weekly. This is a huge setback for our young neighborhood since most all the trees were removed to build all the houses. It will take so many extra years now to get a canopy of trees established here.
Land effects has been unresponsive and hasnt admitted to or replaced any of the trees theyve killed. I would not recommend this company to manage your land.

Dangerous driver in the Nissan NV. Sad to see local business putting locals in danger in a company branded van. Do better, we are all part of the community, tailgating someone for three miles does you folks no good :(
