Currently trying to call their #. Job seeker services, press 3. System hangs up! Press 6 for business services, system resets and gives you the exact same message! Then hangs up again if you choose option 3 or 6.
I went in weeks ago to verify my identity and get my work source account unlocked. Just got a letter in the mail that said my unemployment was being denied due to not verifying my identity and not creaking a job seeker profile!! How incompetent are these people? They cant update someones information and they cant properly set up their phone routing. Its like they are trying to keep people from getting benefits.

Have had prior experience with vocational rehabilitation so I knew what to expect and was able to discuss and set realistic goals that are within their abilities to provide help with both long and short term.
