Consistently good haircuts and very friendly, personable staff. It's nice Great Clips keeps your information on file regarding how you prefer to have your hair cut - I've never been disappointed with the end result from this location.
Gone are the "good ol' days" of being able to just walk-in for an immediate haircut as this location has been understaffed for some time now and the wait times have gotten quite long. I've resorted doing walk-in haircuts as the Great Clips website/app won't let you check in once the wait is past 1-1/2(?) hours.
Today I arrived before posted opening hours to get a haircut. I couldn't shake the person I was on the phone with and didn't want to be rude while checking in, so I continued my conversation in the front of Marketplace Foods. The manager on duty noticed I was there for a haircut but couldn't get "on the list" due to my phone call. She observed a large group of people heading towards Great Clips and discreetly approached me to get my phone number so I would not lose my spot. This was exceptionally kind, saved me probably an hour and a half of waiting, and really made my day. Thank you.
