Management doesn't care about you or your input. I had an idea regarding a more accurate way to do a job. My supervisor scoffed and said "that's not how we do things here" with no reason as to why. Team members travel through walkways around corners with reckless abandon. a forklift could be honking like a madman and they dont look. Team morale is the worst i have ever seen. pay wasnt horrible

Truck Drivers sexual harass female workers there. Making inappropriate remarks.
Management is constantly degrading hard working employees.
HR is a joke as not only is management corrupt but HR is as well. You can never go to anyone with any problems because they will not help you and or blame/insult you for being the source of the problem.
Never work for this company as they will crush your will power and take away any happiness you have. This company has gotten away with a lot of shady business. There no regard for safety and the work environment can be hazardous.
Once in a while management/bosses will seem like they have your back but that façade is only to keep you working there. Ive seen first hand what this place can do to people and its downright awful. Heed my warning and don't get a job here, You'll regret it and wished you'd left sooner.
