We were told to call on the 4 of this month and we did now they are telling us now the call to do registration in November because they have no opening to get my niece to care for her grandmother this is stupid.

Took awhile for them to get back to me. If they don't answer your voice mails, keep trying until you get a person. Things move fast then and they are very helpful and SO worth the wait.
