The Computer Guy is very patient when he helps me with my computer issues. Usually he comes right to my house either the same day that I call or the next day. If he has to take my computer into his shop to repair it he usually brings it back the next day. He explains thing in a way that I can understand.

biggest waste of money and time in my life a computer was with this guy took him 4 month he had no idea about a gaming type PC and lost $300 in returns it took him 4 months tell me was the tower and got screwed on the $300 i could returned stuff

I would recommend his services. My computer had died! He was able to save most of my photos, documents, and downloads etc. He made helpful suggestions and installed a new hard drive. His turn around time was quick and reasonable!

This guy wanted to call every week after he got my computer and say that he needed more money for a job I already paid his quoted price. I paid the first time because it was only fifty dollars but the next week he wanted a hundred. I demanded my co.puter back and said he would not get another fine from me. He threatened to keep my computer and take me to court untill I told him I was already filing a suit against him. He changed his tune quick and I got my computer back still not working and it looked as if he never took the side off the tower to look at it. Worst computer repair service ever

Prompt and reasonable price. Quick service. Last time I had service from Best Buy and it took a couple of weeks. The Computer Guy had the repair done the very next day. He came and picked up the computer and brought it back when the repair was done, hooked it up and set everything up.
I would recommend this service.
