I dreaded the call to the insurance company after the terrible wreck that almost killed my beloved grandson and totaled my car. I imagined dozens of ways the company could wiggle out of offering us anything, as we've often experienced with home and appliance warranties and dental and health insurance. One of our friends working for a big health insurance company confided they're actually measured on how many claims they deny. No surprise to us!
What a wonderful shock and profound relief to experience the exact opposite!! Manny Casillas was like talking to a guardian angel watching out for us, reassuring us, calming us down, helping us out.

I have had many agents over the years but only one person is memorable and that is Manny. He has been there for me and my family for 30 years whether he wrote my policies or not he is a trustworthy and smart person who understands the business well and knows how to ensure he gets the best deal for his customers. Run don't walk to Manny if you are in need of insurance!
