I want to send "ketamine" troches for analysis. This was not ketamine it acted more like an amphetamine. I have been sick for 2 days, had the spins and double vision but none of the regular ketamine drug action like I have had before. Not on any new medications. Only thing that makes sense is the wrong drug. And when I reached out Customer service said I had to take it up with my provider. Reditt is absolutely lit up with negative talk about this compounding service.

I tried several times to work with this company that I recommended all over the internet. I couldn't get anybody no matter what to help me from this company. My script was not fulfilling me for 30 days and I as the patient tried working with them and my provider but could not get them to work together because precision compounding pharmacy just seems to be a stone wall. I don't know what the problem is but I ended up having to switch after several years of being with them and recommending them to countless people. The service is going way downhill they just got way too big too fast.
***UPDATE****
I was able to find new compounding pharmacy that was able to hear me and they saw the problem. They worked with my provider to fix it instead of dumping it back on me. Unprofessional these people are. Countless times my prescription was sent to me wrong. It had to move on. When I went to have my script filled they turned me away after years of doing it. This place is completely unprofessional and you're not going to get any help if anything goes wrong. Don't blame it on the provider when it was not the providers problem. The bottle the script that they were giving me only lasted 2 weeks instead of the month and trying to get them to even listen was impossible.

Precision's troches overdosed me last month. My first two troches were fine but the third made me extremely sick; I was unable to move or speak. I ended up throwing the rest away because I was too afraid to take them after that experience. If they're making dosing mistakes like that it's only a matter of time before someone gets killed because of their negligence. They should be shut down.

We are a Doctors office sending prescriptions to Precision Compounding pharmacy. We used to get great service with prompt turn around time. Since last year the quality of compound is not the same and it takes a week to process the script, the staff is incompetent, rude and not intersted in providing the prescribed medications . We hope they will improve and the patients will get their medications without any delays
