Attorney Adam Engst was my lawyer, and let me tell you, he went way over, above and beyond. He is knowledgeable, he was very compassionate regarding my knew found disability. He often knew just what to say to help recompose me during my frustration periods and emotional breakdowns. He is a great listener. Adam represented me for a car crash that caused me to need a 4-level cervical fusion surgery. My case was complicated by a second car crash, a number of falls that I suffered, and a history of chronic neck pain.
The defense attorneys and insurance companies tried to claim the MVA had nothing to do with the need for surgery, Adam was AMAZING. Adam got my primary care physician, treating surgeon, AND a medical expert to sign declarations on my behalf confirming that, even though I had a complicated medical history, it was the crash that caused my need for surgery.
When we were in mediation, he blew me away. I walked out of there thinking, if I were the other party, I would be terrified. LOL He was scary good. We won the claim and it was settled for more than I had ever hoped for in my wildest dreams.
Adam always responded to my questions right away and explained everything in easy-to-understand language.
He is also a really cool guy. If any of my family or friends ever get in a car accident, I will give Adam the highest recommendation humanly possible.
