Great experience here. First, they answered the phone when they were closed and told me their hours. Second, in my case I was able to bring my window in for exact measurements so the could order the glass and I was able to take it back home until the glass arrives. Third since I needed privacy glass they took the time to explain my options. Fourth they explained how to install the double pane glass myself, and how best to measure it, on another window that is not removable. And fifth they called me after I left with an option for safety glass since the window that was broken was by a sports court, which I didn't need but the follow up was appreciated.

The crew at Sunset is amazing. Both inside the building and technicians that come out to install the glass. Professional, reliable, knowledgeable, that's just a few things to name. If your lucky enough to come across Sunset you will not regret going through them for your glass needs. Absolutely amazing. Thank you!

Well, it looks like bad reviews continue with Sunset Glass and how rude Lisa is to customers.  We understand that her boyfriend is one of the principal owners so that it makes it ok I guess for her to be disrespectful and rude to customers.  In fact, she says, "I don't care what you think".  If you wanted to be treated poorly and be over charged, she is your gal.  I have lived in the Bellevue area for 20+ years and would never use this company again.  Also, her post after my last comments was not correct, she simply made up a story.  There are plenty of good reputable companies to get your glass from.  Beware of Ms. Lisa.
