Maxim has terrible communication and follow up services. If you need a service, you basically need to repeatedly call them and baby them to get anything done.

My recruiter took an entire month of my time and purposely delayed giving me access to tools and information to initiate my onboarding process. He put extreme amounts of pressure on me to fund MY OWN onboarding experience. Encouraged me to go to a paid virtual training and is refusing to pay me for it. Youre supposed to get paid weekly. Its been 2 weeks, and nothing. An entire month and never entered into ADP. I will be contacting corporate and have kept a paper trail of all of this the entire process. Do NOT invest into this company. Their ratings are low for a reason. Theyre scammers and/or dont know what theyre doing. I passed up a lot of job opportunities just to have my time wasted. i invested into this just to be treated with disrespect. This is theft of my time and money. If youre brown/black avoid this hiring process at all cost! They will play with your time, energy, and will string you along while constantly pushing back your start date WITHOUT PAY. My recruiters name is Evan Butler. My field specialists name is Cardan Robinson. During my entire onboarding process, not one person gave me the same information for the process of hiring. This is a SCAM and/or obvious discrimination. I will be pursuing this legally. What was advertised for requirement for hiring on my job application, was not reflected in the hiring process at all just like others. They need to be stopped. Theres no way theyre not pocketing peoples money. Taking up a month of some ones time without pay for training and forcing them to fund their onboarding (as if youre not taking the job to increase your own funding), is 100% ridiculous and inhumane. SHAME ON YOU! This is also CLASSIST and discriminates against people who are low income from being able to seek employment while robbing them blind .
