Wonderful quality and the pictures look amazing! I purchased a groupon and wanted to get some early Christmas gifts for family. The entire process from the user friendly website to the quick turnaround was fabulous. The picture quality is wonderful and the puzzles are well made and sturdy. I never know what to expect with some groupon companies but I am absolutely thrilled with the final product and can't wait to put together some puzzles with my family Christmas morning!

Down right awesome. I am the Managing Director of a boutique creative agency in Tempe, Arizona and we needed a custom puzzle - stat! Heads Up were the 4th or 5th company we contacted. After speaking with 3 companies I was ready to purchase from another outfit, but their rep or CSR was very slow-headed. We were not confident in their ability to output in time, the quality of the puzzle or the process of ordering. Since this was a crucial part of a project, I couldn't risk it. So I went back to search results again. Thank god, because I came across Heads Up. Within 3 minutes of talking with Danny, I was sending artwork and pumped about the situation. Sharp cats, very capable in servicing the order and the production!Within 3 days (no joke), we received our puzzle. It looked perfect and showed up a day early! Remember, we're a design firm so we're very picky creatives when it comes to print work, color, accuracy and resolution. They rocked the house and over-delivered for sure. The puzzle not only looked great, but was cut well, and much more durable than I anticipated. The coolest part was that it was magnetic too. The price wasn't bad either. When our needs are at the pace of business it felt like a steal, especially given the confidence I had in them nailing our rush-ish order. That may be a tad pricey for little Suzie's 6th birthday, but remember - ya get what ya pay for. Use them. Thank me later.

They went above and beyond in terms of customer service when I was purchasing a gift for my mother. Add this to a great product which allows people who like puzzles to continue to enjoy them when they are no longer able to use regular puzzle pieces due to arthritis or other reasons and they deserve the highest rating possible.

It's a bit odd to be writing this to the world but for you to fully understand our 5 star rating you need to know the details and I'll make it as short as possible. There are three of us taking care of my partners mother who is at home in the last days of cancer. She loves to do puzzles, as do the rest of us, but can't sit up to do them. We take pictures of the puzzles as they"re completed to show her and she kept saying "I wish I could do them with you" FINALLY we thought of a magnetic puzzle that could be tipped up, did a lot of research (mostly found children's huge piece puzzles or ridiculously expensive ones or both) and found Heads Up. Their website said they had many orders but I called and left a message explaining our situation and that we were trying to get the puzzle before she left us. The founder called me back personally. Long story short we've received the puzzle in time. Please don't let this great rating backfire on them by expecting the same turn around, I'm pretty sure, because of the situation, he did things outside of their regular structure. We just received it this morning and she was asleep so we weren't able to show it to her till this afternoon. She is too weak to do it herself but finally she can watch us put one together and we got a smile. At this point a smile means a lot. I can't think of the words to say what his kindness in getting this to us so quickly meant to us. I will say that when the box came, there were some tears and various forms of "Wow! It's already here! How can someone who doesn't know us be so very kind?" Thank you so much. Bill, Tim and MegOh, I forgot to say, the puzzles are beautiful, the stand is perfect, the prices are very reasonable because it works great. We are not saying this because he was so wonderful, it's true.
