Dianne at All About Pianos was very helpful and patient with us when we were window shopping for a piano. She was full of information and shared her stories of the pianos she had in her showroom. Dianne is passionate in what she does. She listened to our story and recommended a piano(s) but never pressured us to purchase anything. She helped answer our questions, allowed us to come back to her showroom multiple times, before we made our final decision. We are happy with the piano we purchased from her. Delivery was within a few days of our purchase. The gentlemen that delivered our piano were very kind and professional and doubled-checked to make sure they put the piano in the perfect spot in our home. Thank you Dianne.

I had an excellent experience buying a Kawai 5'5" baby grand piano from All About Pianos. Dianne was great to work with. She promptly answered all my email questions and phone calls and really cared about me being happy with my purchase. I was able to trade my Kawai K-200 upright, which I originally bought from her, for a very fair price. The piano movers did a great job removing my upright and setting up the baby grand. Even moving it around till I was completely satisfied. This is the place to go for great pianos. Even driving 3 hrs one way! You will be taken care of.

We couldnt be happier with the service and our new to us piano! Dianne was awesome. Very Prompt and informative with all information including financing options if we needed. Definitely worth the drive, and if I should ever need another piano All About Pianos will be my first stop. Additionally, the movers were awesome. Made moving and setting up a 6 ft. grand piano look like a cinch!
