I had minor damage to my passenger door. They fixed that, fixed a ding on the rear door, cleaned my car top to bottom. Immaculate work, highly recommend.

Would love to leave zero stars completely unprofessional! Booked appointment for weeks with one person and last minute was switched to another with no apology, no phone call, nothing. Unpleasant over the phone as well just stay away.

The amount of verification needed to schedule an appointment exceeds the acceptable amount. Facebook/google, email, phone, then text, then email again.. and another texted number. It felt scammy. No thanks. Im all for security, but thats kind of absurd lol

Hi Heather Taylor! I understand you don't like the way we book for some reason! But for most people, vagaro is a common application. It saves us and our guests a lot of time and gives our guests more choices. You only need to simply register to start booking, it's not as difficult as you said! It has been well received by most people! ! I have complete confidence in the security of our online booking system! At the same time, our way of booking is not just online! You can also contact the store directly by phone to arrange the time you need! Thank you!

First time here and they did not disappoint! I got a lovely gel manicure for New Years. The staff were friendly and the place was clean.

Didn't open on time, leaving customers out in the rain waiting. Wasn't worth it when there are other good nail places in the area.
Even rude in replying to this. Could have just apologized, but instead of taking responsibility and planning better, they belittle you.
Worse than if they'd said nothing. Very very very unprofessional.

Sorry for wasting your time waiting outside! It usually takes us more than an hour to drive from Queens every day! If I could control the traffic and Whitestone Bridge maintenance road closures, I would happily start on time or arrive early! At the same time, most of our guests make reservations in advance, so every time we are late, we will notify them by text message in advance. I believe they also understand us very well! Thank you! Hope you never get stuck in traffic and find your dream nail salon!
