To get mail if you receive your mail at the shelter you can only pick up on Thursdays and you have to go to Case Manger! They don't have enough money to pay for food needs and supplies that shelter residents need complaints about no veggies on trays and no milk or drinks at meals !! Pop machine in lunch area! No bus tickets for like 30 days passes for shelter residents to obtain employment and the transportation bus only goes out on Thursdays! They give an allowance on washing machine if you don't have money to pay for laundry at the shelter
