wow - my experience here was beyond my expectations. i was having pain from my wisdom teeth and had to make a visit. it was surprisingly enjoyable to see how knowledgeable and passionate the assistants were. altogether, the front and back staff made me welcomed and even made me laugh at times. i followed all of the after care instructions they gave me and i had no issues with my healing. let alone the anesthesia they offer was a blessing considering i have high dental anxiety. will definitely be choosing this office when i need to get any future work done.

I am absolutely amazed and thankful for The dentist and his team that treated me today! I had two teeth that I went under anesthesia to have taken out. They were so nice, they did great work, they thought of everything when it came to after care and supplies. Making sure I had everything I needed. I have severe medical setting and treatment anxiety and this was the best experience I've had in almost 33 years of life! I hope that they can do the rest of the work on my teeth! Highly recommend! They also take OHP! Thank you Anthony Bouneff and your amazing team you had with you today! I appreciate you and the care and compassion you all put into the appointment today.

Best place around for extractions (all 4 wisdom teeth)! Dont remember going to sleep. Dr. Alexander & team were so nice and helpful. Was really scared to embarrass myself under anesthesia but I think the worst I did was kept telling my nurse I loved her. Which is fair because everyone is so nice here.
Really recommend if you are someone w/ dental anxiety or are nervous to be put to sleep. They make the best experience out of something thats not usually fun!

Really unfortunate that there's another half a dozen reviews with a similar situation this place put my elderly mother through. She was sent here on a referral for a biopsy and knowing she has Medicaid, they STILL asked her for money up front. $320 to be exact. For a diagnostic biopsy. Instead of trying to get her pre-authorized (which is apparently all they needed to do) they told her she would have to pay out of pocket and sent her on her way with zero treatment plan, advice, etc. Nothing. Just a waste of her time. I'm glad she has a care coordinator who is going to help her file a complaint with the board. Now she's back at square 1 and still unable to eat and in excruciating pain. These people sound like they have a pretty good billing scam going on. AVOID.

I would look at another place to have work done. They were unhelpful with billing and they are taking me to court even tho I have 2 health insurance. Didnt explain very much to me when having my wisdom tooth removed.
