Good customer service. Bought a cell phone mount for my truck that didn't work. I TORE that package UP. I brought it right back in and they let me exchange it with no problem.

Absolutely ridiculous. I have called no less than 8 times in 3days yet no one picks up the phone. Are they still open? I've waited 1/2 hour at a time. I did finally get ahold of the operator once. I wanted to speak with a specific dept. yet she told me they wouldn't pick up. She did take my number and told me the dept. would call me back. Of course they did not. I'm trying to see if they have a specific product. (s) because I have a 3 hour drive. I certainly don't want drive there and find it not there. Come on guys, this is a great reason to shop online, Amazon not your online.
