Took my truck in for service for airbag light, oil change and brake fluid. Paid $199 just for brake fluid flush and you would think they will do it properly. After that I got home. Opened the hood hoping nothing was wrong but there it was, brake fluid cap was missing. Couldn't find it anywhere so called the dealership and left a message to both service advisor and manager. None of them responded after 2 hours. Then look around the engine bad and there it was, the cap was on the cowl but slid to the passenger side. So put the cap on and notice brake fluid is way overfilled and still yellow. Brought my brake fluid tester out and measure moisture content. Well, looked like they just topped that off without bleeding. So I drove back and talked to them. They said tech performed brake flusing and sorry for the cap left opened and didn't know how the moisture got in there (duh that tech cut corner). So they redid brake fluid flush again and it looked nice and clean now. I would have don't it myself but I want maintenance record and carfax during warranty period just in case something happen. So please be careful and check your vehicle after they do service. I would have gave no star if I could but I gave 2 stars for Josue for sorting this out professionally (which shouldn't need to be sorted out in the first place).

Called down for some information that was confusing online about what kind of fluid went into a brand new differential for break in and they were very nice and looked into all the info they had on their side free of charge good team at this location

Amazing group of professionals. From the GMs personal response to initial inquiry, to a sales proposal, followed by a very fair negotiation. This did not seem feasible a few years ago. Nissan turned that around by offering fast and upfront information, while beating KBB and giving me fair trade value. Maegan deserves high sales praise, and Brandon for his ability to have us out and purchased within 1.5 hours. Overall, cant think of a better dealer in the area. Nice work.

This dealer doesnt honor Nissans 30 day return policy because they arent required to by Oregon law and all states are different And, disappointingly but I suppose unsurprisingly, they do not care one iota for the customer once youve literally driven off the lot. Vehicle purchased doesnt fit in our garage, took it back right away (within hour of purchase) expecting them to honor Nissans policy (we were seeking a smaller car from same dealer that would fit). They refused, instead offering us to trade it in with a loss to us of a whopping $3,500 (for less than 15 miles traveled and under one hour off of lot). Buyer bewaredont assume like we did that Nissans guarantees apply to all dealerships. Its really too bad Beaverton Nissan chooses to not follow a manufacturers policy simply because they dont have to in Oregon.
