2010 I got a loan from uf and it was a car I got at Lee Murphys in Cornelius Oregon good looking car 2005 Chevy Malibu but a month later the fuel pump stop working so full coverage and $300 a month payments I asked Lee Murphy or united finance to fix the problem they said no $9000 car so I told them come pick it up so they did and charged me storage fees and tow fees interest $20000 when you have someones social security you can play with

I will be honest in saying I get major anxiety any time I know that I need to reach out to anyone in any type of customer service position because of my recent interactions with xfinity, verizon and other companies. I tend to put off making these calls because I never seem to be able to resolve whatever issue I am reaching out to the company for. Today I made a call to United Finance and I have needed to apply for a secured loan for several months now but again due to my past experiences I waited until I no longer could before I broke down calling them but I was pleasantly surprised. I spoke with Hayley from the Beaverton location and she was extremely patient with me and all of the multiple questions I had. It was late in the day on a Friday when I called wanting to apply and Hayley was so helpful over the phone setting my mind to ease. She went above and beyond to help answers any questions that I had.
