      image The general manager was racist and discriminated my mother. It was a passive aggressive interaction, talking slower because she did not think we could understand. She also did not want to help process a credit card and said we should just call. Even though we booked an appointment for 30 minutes to go over steps to open accounts she said she could not help us and dispatched within three minutes. I have been a chase customer for 15 years and it was such a disappointment to see racism and discrimination at its core.
