We just had our carpet installed. LOVE it! Talk about smooth and easy. We went to shop, didn't select anything specific, we just needed to do a small room. Alex came out a couple days later, measured it, emailed me quote and selected a carpet based on what we said we wanted but we never saw it, it didn't come across in email but I went with it. He was awesome. It's a perfect match and it was installed less then a week from the quote!!!!!! On a plus...we went with JK on a personal referral...we were not disappointed. Thank you Alex and team
