I came in for service on my truck, asked for a thorough report back on things I need to fix. Approved $1k upfront, ended up being told my truck was done and arrived to a $1700 bill and my inspection report wasnt sent, I still needed a few things done and at this point no time to do it as I was already there to pick it up.
Furthermore Id like to address the time a racist guy in a red mustang came in and was turned away by the manager for bringing in rotten tires to install, next thing I know the guy is yelling the n-word to the manager and was asked to leave. I cant back for this service and the manager was no longer woking there but oddly enough the red mustang without a spoiler and the racist customer were back when I cant to get my truck and he was being helped.
I gave this place a try and seeing as how they welcome blatantly racist customers back in, I wont be going back on top of the fact they evidentially dont get approvals for an extra $700 toward your bill.
I had a starter installed last year, they went ahead and replaced mine without asking despite having a warranty on mine which is no void as I no longer have my starter.
Ive got the texts with approvals as proof.
Great techs, horrible company.
