image The movie was great! The staff is pretty slow at the concessions stand. One girl was rocking it, but all others didn't seem to care.

image Calling this place a dine-in theater is truly false advertising, especially if you have been to any other legitimate dine in theater. We expected someone to bring our food to us in the theater. Instead, there was a sign near the theater (after paying and scanning tickets) saying that you had to go pickup your food at the concession counter and bring it into the theater with you. Essentially, its like any other old movie theater with an expanded concessions menu because theres a real kitchen. There werent even trays or tables for you to put your food on inside the theater, you had to hold it in your lap like at any other normal theater.
We picked our seats ahead of time so we expected nice recliners, and instead found that they had been replaced with very uncomfortable, beat up, old school style seats. We went to see Batman and left almost immediately after sitting down. No one could reasonably sit in those seats for three hours and be comfortable.
It did look like they had one main theater that at least provided trays for setting your food down on, but our movie was not in that room. Extremely disappointing that the blockbuster movie of the weekend was neither dine-in as advertised, nor had comfortable seats. We left almost as soon as we sat down because we were so disappointed and uncomfortable.
Thankfully we booked through Fandango so we will be refunded. A huge waste of gas and driving time from Portland. The actual experience does not match the outward appearance of the theater or the area. AMC should be ashamed to have their name associated with this less than mediocre theater.

image Update: this place is trash. Filthy restrooms with no paper. Food thats way overpriced. Hidden delivery fee. Its understaffed. Movies regularly not starting on time aka previews start five mins past posted showtime. Air conditioning doesnt work in parlor rooms. Parlor rooms have the video servers right inside and its loud.
See the pics. Receipt shows dollar delivery charge not disclosed when ordering. I bet a lot of people dont notice. They dont even bring napkins or utensils. The chicken tenders didnt come with the advertised biscuits. For 17.99 plus fee thats a ripoff for overcooked frozen tenders. Also no prices listed.
Original review:
AMC just took over this theater which has left for a pretty awkward transition period. Not everything is fully operational yet. My last visit there was just one employee selling tickets, one employee at concessions and one more delivering ordered food. No one was checking tickets which is weird but whatever. Apparently AMC wants you to wait in the ticket purchase line to exchange your a list tickets if theres no one around to scan you in. Forget about it, just walk in. You got a ticket already its their fault for not being staffed. Hopefully they get up to speed soon because it was kind of embarrassing.
Also midway through a movie an employee came an opened the emergency exit door which blinded everyone and dude just left it open for a few minutes.
