Absolutely terrible. Never going again Dr. Rebecca Fort was very rude, unprepared in regards to looking over medical history, completely unwilling to hear my wants and needs.
Just don't waste your time here.

I primarily go here for the womans clinic which I think they are great. I finished a appt with womans clinic. I have ordered for bloodwork for some else not related to womans clinic. When I looked online family medicine does do lab services for current patients. I went to go get the labs done and sorry unless you have a appt they won't help they say they aren't a walk in clinic. They also say cause they are short staffed. Let's face it everywhere is short staffed and they can do bloodwork for current patients. It honestly would of taken less then 5 minutes to do it.

I just started going here for PCP from Dr Joanne. I love it so far. The staff are very kind and professional and Dr Joanne is the best. She really listened to my health concerns and made me feel so comfortable during my annual exam and pap.

We love our doctor, but for some reason, they never bill our insurance, even though they have it on file. It makes it a huge hassle to have to call billing every time we go.

I choose this location because is close to me,,,overall clinic is nice and staff all good, I've been seeing Doctor Dustin Cheney since 2021 I belive , his personality and knowledge fine but this time probably my last time going to this clinic, he charged my insurance more than usually for something or some title of medical he told them and
I had to paid out of my pocket to this clinic !
I can seehe over charging insurance and it's kinda high price for 30 minute visit.
Plus I visit him for just rewie on my blood test but my insurance said doctor note says some additional charges for unspecified condition or injury I had related to work! Anyways as I said doctor personality is good,friendly ,nice but high charge and over charge type doctor ,this time I got surprised by my insurance when they told me and ask me if I had some condition or injury because doctor noted for them!
We talked to him about overall my health and so on but no condition I had to make a big deal and charge mehigh for it, no medicine or big treatment ,just we talked about stuff .
