I went here a while back because this was
the dental plan covered by my insurance. the dentists here did the impossible and managed to mess up the fillings on both of my molars. I went here with a family member of mine to accommodate me. my family member had worn their old and ragged shoes that day because it was raining and they didn't want to wear any nice shoes, and the dentist we had had the audacity to poor shamed them for simply wearing old shoes. after they messed up both of my molars, they had to pull them out. Simply a horrible experience, it was the worst nightmare of anyone going to a dentist office. I don't want no response of "we're sorry to hear that" or anything like that. I just want the public to know how bad of a dental office this is.

I came in for an emergency appointment on a Saturday because my temporary crown on my very front tooth had fell out and got lost leaving me toothless in the most important place. Everyone was extremely nice and I was greeted and helped right as i walked in. I was freaking out not knowing what im going to do knowing I just had moved here and did not aquire a primary dentist yet. So I called Willamette dental group in beaverton they gave me an option to come in for a walk in to be put on a waiting list that that isn't gurenteed and Willamette dental got me right in not having to wait long at all. With not many options for a missing tooth and no dental records to go off of, I didnt think I was walking out with a front tooth. THANKS TO DENTAL ASSISTANT AMELIA and her amazing skills and patience, my miserable day turned into a very good one almost leaving me in tears because of how greatful I felt! She molded my front tooth from litterally nothing which was not easy- nearly impossible, taking her time out of the day to do so. I am beyond thankful and amazed in her work and patience with me and to have walked out with confidence knowing my smile was all there and looking good! I had no problems with it getting loose or cracking. Thank you so much Amelia and beaverton Willamette dental group!

i have been to many dentists and this is by far the best dental experience i’ve ever had! everyone is so wonderful, informative and professional. dr. lindsay does a wonderful job of getting it done quickly, efficiently and making sure you’re comfortable. amazing!!❤️

Gone twice now for emergency visit. This time for my husband, prescriptions were not sent to the pharmacy and he needed soon as possible because of his pain. Couldn’t get it sent until over an hour later. He needed to have sedation for tooth extraction and later dentures and the dentist did not refer to another dentist there for oral sedation. Was told to seek elsewhere for sedation without option of oral. Our insurance is only Willamette Dental. He needs seen ASAP, we are scheduled over a month out. He is a combat veteran and it was already difficult trying to get him to the dentist in the first place. We’re in a horrible spot.
