Triangle Art & Frame was overall the best experience I've had with ANY business in the past few years.
As a Christmas gift to my wife, I wanted to surprise her by framing all of her medical accolades and certifications, from med school, to residency, as well as her two fellowships. I walked into Triangle Art & Frame in early December with an arm full of large envelopes. Gloria, the owner has been specializing in framing for longer than I've been alive, and I say that with the upmost admiration. I explained to Gloria my plan for this surprise gift, and she explained our options for framing with regard to color, sizing, material, style, etc. I relied heavily on her recommendations, because it was clear that Gloria understood the aesthetics and sense of occasion for what I asked of her.
The entire process was very easy--for me at least. Despite Christmas being only a few weeks away and my late, unannounced request, Gloria was able to complete the project with time to spare, even though more material had to be ordered, and I added two more board certifications for her to frame that came in the mail, which I had no idea to expect. Gloria was communicative and personable the entire time, and discreet so as to keep the project a surprise. The final product was exactly what we wanted, and could not have been done by anyone but the most experienced and well-trained artist. Pricing was very reasonable.
My wife was happily surprised on Christmas morning to see all of her medical certificates framed. She never reflects on her own accomplishments, but it was a very special moment for us to reflect on her 10 years of medical training that moved us to 6 states, and all of the ups and downs that comes with it. I could not be more proud of my wife, and Triangle Art & Frame allowed me to give a gift that expressed this beyond words.
