KJ was excellent with me today! He was patient while I tried out every bed (twice) and explained the financing process so clearly. Having worked retail for 11+ years, I can recognize when someone genuinely cares about the customer, and when someone is just trying to make a sale. KJ is someone to genuinely cares and wants to make sure you leave feeling confident about your purchase!

Been calling the store for 2 days with no answer, my husband went to pick up our mattress today and no one was in the store he waited an hour and called 3 times before leaving. I will never do business here again currently on hold with corporate to get a refund.

I purchased a Sealy Queen Mattress Set from this Mattress Warehouse Store. The Mgr.Tariq. was extremely courteous, and helpful to me. Hes very knowable about all the mattress they have. The pricing was great, and fair. I also called this store, and spoke to Mya. She was very courteous, and helpful on the questions I asked her. I highly recommend this Bear,DE Mattress
