DO NOT ATTEND THIS DAYCARE!!!! My children have been attending the Goddard School at 614 Pulaski Highway for the last three years. You might see my previous review on here. When they first started I gave them a five star rating. However as of now if I could give them no stars I would. Ever since opening back up from lockdown due to Covid the daycare has gone downhill. Not surprised it was hard with the regulations and restrictions. However a daycare should not close down five times due to someone testing positive and coming in contact. If the daycare was following the guidelines and protocols then it would be understandable having to close once or twice but not five times. The icing on the cake was someone testing positive June 8, 2021 in my daughters preschool classroom and the same day they sent me a email about a child having Croup in my toddlers classroom. Since they had to quarantine until June 18 I thought it was weird they didnt send their blankets or sheets home. So the next day June 9 I go and pick up both of my childrens belongings so they could properly clean their cubbies and disinfect the classroom. When we return to the facility on June 18 which just happened to be my daughters pre school graduation they refused to take my children saying I had pulled them out of daycare during the week of their quarantine. They stole my summer camp tuition for my two children and that week of tuition that they received on Monday June 7 before they had to quarantine. Then they refused to give me my money back saying I had to give them a weeks notice before pulling my children out of the daycare which I never did. I called the cooperate office on June 21, 2021 and some lady named Amy said she would give me a call back and she never did call me as of June 29, 2021. Do not waste your time with the Goddard School, especially the one on Pulaski Highway!! They dont truly care about your children they only want your money.

We appreciate the care and education Goddard team has given our son . He was a student at Goddard for close to 3 years and he loved every bit of his time there. All his teachers were great and thanks to them for always giving us a review of his performances. I would recommend Goddard. To Goddard Bear family, keep doing the great work and stay strong.

Great daycare. Staff and teachers are professional, friendly and courteous. After having a bad experience from another daycare, its been a pleasure to see my daughter become her old self again and to bloom with the caring guidance of her teachers. Its clean, inviting and well organized. My daughter, who is a toddler has shown significant growth since entering this school. Thank you!

My child attended this school for 11 months. Through my experience, I believe my review is fair and accurate. The only reason why I stayed so long was because of a specific teacher (who is no longer there) was very skilled and my child's comfortability level (I no longer have to watch him cry when I left). Those two reasons were justified in my mind, although, I should have left a long time ago.
I specifically outlined in my introductory tour that I cared about my child's education and safety. Within that 1st year, my child was injured 4 times (one being a huge black eye that no one could properly explain or apologize for) and multiple sicknesses back and forth to the doctor because of their uncleanliness. I still don't think they go through the proper measures to make sure the kids hands and toys are cleaned.
The owners Nita and Dharen Patel are beyond rude. The only time they speak to you is when a payment is due or errors with your account. To say they're in child care for money, is an understatement. Be prepared, they don't serve breakfast or lunch - and the AM/PM snacks only consists of cheezits and saltine crackers EVERY DAY, EVERY WEEK. Along with that, you'll have to bring in your own sheet and blanket.
I paid using POC Plus and Nita treated me like I was beneath her many times. She said she's considering canceling POC altogether because she doesn't want to deal with it (and I interpret that as dealing with POC parents too). They charge two payments of $100 summer and spring for unexplainable things. The plus I paid was NOT worth it at all and I would never recommend anyone here. The prices that they charge are overpriced. It's like paying Chic-fa-la prices at McDonalds or a 5 Star restaurant for IHOP. I hope you get my analogy.
Overall, the teachers are friendly and the one director Jasmine is pleasant. If friendly teachers are your goal -- then this is the place. But I specifically paid for education, safety, and customer service and they failed in all 3 areas. I'm sure I left out ample of examples out of why we left. But I'm not here to bash them, I just want to warn others.
We are at a new daycare now that truly cares for the kids and I am so grateful that God got us out of there. Some times I am loyal to a fault.
I know that some of you have to learn from personal experiences to believe what I just wrote, but with the plenty of daycares that sincerely care about the safety, well being, and education of your child, why choose this one?
