Very disappointed with this company. Natalie and I had an agreement setup prior to services that this company would purchase used oil at a rate of $0.15 per gallon and that would include picking up used oil filters and coolant free of charge. Things were going great until this last service. I just received an invoice stating that we are being billed $55.00 which I have NEVER seen nor was I under the impression that we were going to be charged for services. I called to speak to someone about this matter and was told someone would call me back. Approximately 20 minutes later Natalie calls me. I explained to her what my concerns were and that we were NEVER told anything other than our original agreement that we had previously agreed upon. She proceeded to tell me that basically all their accounts were being charged a transportation fee of $55 and that it doesn't matter if we were told or not. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Prices are exorbitant. You have to call numerous (at least 5 times) to get them to come and pick up. Often times you'll leave message after message without a return phone call. Then, when you call to cancel service, they miraculously come up with a huge discounted plan that was activated "just this month". Warning - choose someone else!
